
NABIS Cycle 3 Trainer Training, co-hosted by Siemens and FKI-IMI (Federation of Korean Industries-International Management Institute) and organized by GCEF (Global Competitiveness Empowerment Forum) was held at Hayatt Regency Incheon on Dec. 6-7, 2013.
Trainer Training is the activity that NABIS trainers in one cycle gather and presentation their company cases in turns to the fellow NABIS trainers, in order to make coordinated NABIS curriculum for NABIS students. NABIS team facilitates presentations and discussions among NABIS trainers to avoid overlapped contents and to select each area for emphasizing by each company presentation to NABIS students, so that they can learn various lessons by sector, by company and by area of business ethics/compliance. Also, NABIS team and 8 NABIS trainers generate 8 business ethics/compliance dilemma questions, so that students can be grouped into 8 teams and compete for the Compliance and Business Ethics Presentation Contest by proposing creative solutions towards dilemmas in the assigned areas. Cash scholarship will be awarded to excellent teams.
8 NABIS Trainers from NABIS Cycle 3(2013-2014) companies - Doosan Infracore, DuPont Korea, LG Chemical, LS IS Co., Ltd., Korea Southern Power(KOSPO), Korea Rail Network Authority, POSCO E&C and SK Happynare gathered and discussed about how to lecture for NABIS students by sharing their lecture plans.
